Klubo Sites terms, in short

Preview

Seeing your site and making up to 20 changes costs nothing. Your preview is private and is deleted after 30 days if you don't go live.

Price

S$490 to go live (PayNow or card), then S$49 a month from the day your site goes live, charged to your card. Allyvate Pte. Ltd. is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.

Going live

Our team checks your site and puts it live within 1 working day of payment. If we miss that, you can ask for the S$490 back.

Changes after going live

Up to 10 small changes a month (words, photos, prices, times, a new section) are included. New pages, online shops and redesigns are quoted separately.

Your content

You confirm your photos and words are yours or that you may use them, and that people in your photos agreed to be shown (for children, a parent). You check your site before it goes live and are responsible for what it says. We never write reviews for you or make claims we can't prove.

Your domain and cancelling

Your domain stays yours. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime; the site then goes offline. After 12 months paid, you can ask for a copy of your site.

Data

Messages sent through your site's forms are kept for 12 months for you, then deleted. Allyvate looks after them for you as your data intermediary under the PDPA.
